Each AP model is powered by Bosch’s Active Line Plus mid-drive motor, engineered for quiet, natural assistance up to 25 km/h. Compact yet efficient, the motor provides 50 Nm of torque, making it ideal for flat and moderately hilly terrain. Integrated Powertube batteries supply reliable energy for 80 to 100 kilometers of riding, while the seamless frame integration enhances both aesthetics and durability.

Compact Purion 200 display

The Bosch Purion 200 display is cleanly mounted within thumb’s reach, providing essential ride data including speed, battery status, distance, and support mode. Riders can switch between four assistance levels at the push of a button, keeping control simple and safe.

Shimano drivetrain systems

The first Antwerp AP models are equipped with Shimano Nexus internal gear hubs, ranging from 5 to 8 speeds depending on the model. These hubs allow smooth shifting even while stationary and protect the gearing from dirt and moisture, keeping maintenance low. For riders seeking an even cleaner setup, some models use a Gates belt drive, which eliminates the need for lubrication and offers a longer lifespan than traditional chains.

The Aeres Leuven features the Bosch Kiox 300 display, a compact 2-inch color screen that provides essential ride information at a glance.
